Eight new hibiscus plants available now!

New today for The Neighbourhood are these new hibiscus bushes!

Available separately or as a fatpack, these flowered bushes are available as both efficient 1 LI and 7LI bushes (with mesh blossoms)! This pack features a variety of fanciful varieties (mostly tropical) and takes advantage of bump-mapping, so if you can run advanced lighting, it’s highly recommended that you do so!

As part of the Neighbourhood promotion, the full Fancy Pack is only L$200 and each individual variety is L$25, for the duration of Saturday, Feb 7 (SLT) only! New waterfall, tree and plants!

Starting today and running thru ’til February 14, Organica will be participating in The House Hunt! For just L$20, you can pick up this wonderful new mesh waterfall! It features animated texture water with particles, plus materials optimized mesh. Mod/copy/no transfer. Hint: The prize can be found where fire and water meet!

This new elm features beautifully detailed textures, three foliage options, plus optional scripted version. Six new hand-crafted scratchboard prints!

Happy New Year!Six new hand-crafted scratchboard prints are now available! They are mod/copy, 1LI each, and require a mesh-capable viewer.

They feature artwork by me (Florence Chan/Aki Shichiroji), scratched by hand from clayboard blocks and ink. To pick these up, please visit the furniture shop – they are L$200 this weekend only via The Neighbourhood promotion!

New Fireplace & Winter holiday items now available!

New this week is a four piece fireplace set called The Falls! It includes a poker set, chestnuts with a roasting pan, fireplace, as well as original artwork called ‘The Falls’, by me (Aki Shichiroji / Florence Chan). Pick it up for only L$200 via The Neighbourhood promotion this weekend!

Renovations complete, new item for The Neighbourhood!

The stores of Organica region have officially reopened! Visit the newly renovated sim at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Organica/153/186/40!

Furthermore, there’s a new garden now available as part of The Neighbourhood promotion!

This small garden is 19 LI in total at packaged size and comes with two texture sets (green & snowy, scripted & unscripted). It’s perfect for a Japanese themed build or any parcel that needs a quiet patch of greenery and contemplation to bring the build together! The garden has a 8 by 5.5m footprint and is mod/copy, with some copy-only scripts in the scripted edition. You can pick it up here!

Sim-wide Renovation Sale!

Organica sim will be undergoing renovations between now and November.

Since the entire region will be redone, I’ve moved all of the stores to a temporary location and all items in the sim (excluding items from gacha machines or second-hand gacha items) will be 15% off. Candy Fair, Home & Garden Expo wrap-up + other tidbits

Thanks to everyone who helped make the Candy Fair and Home & Garden Expo experience a success. It was fun coming up with a number of new items that worked within the constraints of the event and true to form, the support shown by both the runners of the event as well as those who dropped by has been fantastic!

All of the items put together for Candy Fair and Home Garden Expo are now available in-store!

Additionally, Organica was featured on Designing Worlds during their second show from the H&GE – My interview is about 11 mins in, but the whole episode is well worth enjoying, as it additionally features interviews with Cain Maven, Marcello and Bee Cauldron Law, BB Woodford, plus an in-depth view of Prim Perfect’s presence at H&GE, based upon the Tennyson poem, The Lady of Shalott.

The Neighbourhood for Oct 18 2014 – Industrial Shelf with Ladder

Organica’s release for The Neighbourhood is out a little bit early today!

These industrial shelves come equipped with rolling ladders that can be kept as is or de-linked as you like. Each package also includes various kitchen accessories, making this a great addition either to an industrial workspace or home! Shelving & ladder are 2LI (1 LI ea) and all additional accessories are 1 LI each. Mod/copy/no transfer prims, copy-only script. Materials optimized mesh. Organica at Candy Fair, Oct 3 thru 17, 2014

I’m pleased to announce that Organica will be taking part in this year’s Candy Fair, held on the CandyWood and Sugar Rush sims. The event strives to feature content of all kinds focused around the theme of sweets and treats!

Along with a number of other existing treats, Organica will feature the following new releases, which will be exclusive to the Fair for the duration of the event, after which they will make their way to the main store for general sale. Here’s a look at what’s in store for you:

Belvedere Couches: Candy coloured versions of these couches will be available at Candy Fair. As with previous editions of this set, each package includes a leather couch and armchair, with original singles animations. Pieces range from 4-5LI at packaged size. Mod/Copy, with some copy-only scripts.

Glass Front Fridge: This is one big fatpack of fridges that come with scripted doors, plus various beverage and food components to get your kitchen started. Great for a home kitchen, restaurant or store! Mod/Copy with some Copy-only scripts. Mesh, Materials optimized.

Gelato Case: This mesh gelato case comes with scripted doors and is optimized for use with materials capable viewers. Mod/Copy, with some copy-only scripts.

Candy Swirl Rounded Mugs: These mugs are 1 LI each and the package includes 8 colours, both as unscripted props and scripted worn items. Mod/Copy. Mesh, materials optimized.

Cotton Candy Machine: This 8LI cotton candy machine is scripted to dispense hand-held cotton candy on touch. These are a great addition as outdoor street vendors or as dispensers in restaurants or cafes. Mod/Copy with some copy-only scripts. Mesh, materials optimized.

Boxed Macarons: These treats are now available in classy boxes all put together in one fatpack of seven colours. They are unscripted props and can be de-linked as necessary. Mod/copy, mesh.

Milkshake Machines: These milkshake machine props are a great addition to any home or cafe! Includes five colours, materials optimized. Mod/copy, 2 LI ea.

Milkshakes: Three yummy flavours are included in this package, which offers both stationary and worn editions. Mod/Copy, Mesh, materials optimized.

Finally,

Souffle Gacha: Nine varieties of souffle are available not in the Organica store at Candy Fair but at the gacha garden, near the sim boundary between CandyWood and Sugar Rush. They are transfer-only, but can be exchanged at the Organica main store for mod/copy editions. 1LI each.

New tree this weekend for The Neighbourhood!

Hi Folks!

It’s been a while since I released a new tree, as well as a long while since I released a hawthorn tree, so if you were looking for one or both, you’re in luck! Standing at 19 by 16 by 17m, this flowering and fruiting tree comes in four foliage types and is accompanied by a scripted version that can switch between them at your leisure. The tree is mod/copy/no transfer and will be available for the introductory price of L$200 this Saturday as part of The Neighbourhood promotion. Pop by and pick one up now!
