Wilds of Organica at The Arcade, Dec 2015!

Folks who follow me on Plurk may have seen some previews over the past couple of weeks, but I’m pleased to officially announce the newest release from Wilds of Organica – a Penguin avatar!

Each avatar comes with eye & beak control plus AO. Comes in 12 coats, with 2 rares available. As usual, vended transfer-only, with option to exchange for mod/copy. Plays are L$100 each. Whether you want to collect ’em all or just pick up one, drop by The Arcade, starting 12AM Dec 1 2015 to take in the whole Arcade experience!

Two new trees available + more!

First off, the store has moved. It can now be reached here. Some older field plant items (such as the daffodils and the tiger lillies) have been converted to mesh (a housekeeping item that had until now been left unaddressed) and other products are still being moved/reorganized/sorted for retirement. Your feedback on the new layout would be much appreciated; please feel free to IM me (Aki Shichiroji) directly.

New Raccoon Avatars starting Sept 1!

This September at The Arcade, these twelve raccoon avatars will be available as prizes for L$100 per play! They are 0.75m tall avatars, include a bipedal AO, with eye & tail control options! (The Wilds of Organica machine is near the back, on the left side of the central aisle). They’ll be available at The Arcade from September 1 2015 thru Sept 30!

As usual, transferrable avatars can be exchanged for mod/copy editions. Please note that the exchanger can now be found at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Organica/231/78/30 .

New Pleated Blinds!

New this week at Organica, check out this set of horizontal pleated blinds! They’re great for any window and can be adjusted for full length through a simple setup & confirmation! Once set up, you’ll be able to set them open, quarter, half, 3/4 or fully closed.

This set features hand drawn prints of hops, barley and grapes. Each blind is 2 LI and mod/copy with a copy only script.

New floor lamps this week for The Neighbourhood!

New to the Organica main store this week are these elegant floor lamps, featuring stained glass shades with a polished steel body. Click to turn on & off and be sure to view with the advanced lighting model (including projectors!) for the full effect! 1 LI each, mod, copy, no transfer. New releases from Organica for Candy Fair 2015!

Candy Faire 2015 starts today and runs thru ’till July 17th!

Organica has a few new releases to go along with last year’s treat-related goodies!

This cute ice-cream themed house is great for use as both a ground and sky-based home! It’s optimised for materials viewing, so I highly recommend running it to view! Mod, copy, no transfer, exclusive to the Candy Fair for the duration of the event!

This set of topiaries is a new gacha machine which can be found in the Candy Fair gacha garden! Each topiary is 1 LI and they’re all materials optimized. There is no rare in this machine and they can be exchanged for a mod/copy version at the Organica main store landing point! Last year’s souffles can also be found at the gacha garden.

Lastly, the ornamental banana plants have a few new candy-themed ‘skins’ – These will be exclusive to Candy Fair, so get ’em while you can! They are mod, copy, no transfer and 4 LI each.

The Neighbourhood – June 6 2015

Pop by today and tomorrow for Organica’s contribution this month to The Neighbourhood event!

This low LI tree includes four texture sets both as static and scripted editions, featuring green, deep red, bright red and winter foliage. Wilds of Organica: The Arcade, June 2015!

It’s that time again! The Arcade starts up in a matter of days and Wilds of Organica will be there…

This time with a set of giant racing beetles!

In collaboration with NeoBokrug Elytis of Desolate Studios, putting together these beetles has been a bit of a marathon in itself. The beetles themselves are materials optimized (but still quite pleasantly viewable with older lighting setups), 10 LI each and are drivable, however these beetles not only operate as standalone vehicles but each rez with one of six different traits which affect driving in a unique way. Play the gacha machine or trade with friends to get a vehicle with the stats you want – there are six attainable combinations to try!

Demo beetles will be on-hand at the Wilds of Organica main store, so if you’d like to try the beetles before locking in your (T) version for (C), this is an excellent opportunity to do so. Use either WASD or arrow keys to steer, and E or PgUp to jump. Please try to keep the beetles in the region! They will return home when you’re done.

Furthermore, the beetles work with the Wilds of Organica Racing System, which brings additional racing item elements in to play such as temporary speed, handling and jumping boosts as well as temporary slows, stops or control inversion.

The Boon & Bane Pack is completely optional, but a fun addition to your racetrack. Each item is 1 LI and copy-only. The pack is available separately at the main store.

Please note: Due to the nature of transfer-only items as well as the volatile nature of vehicles & region crossings, we highly recommend locking in your vehicle for a copy-only version once you are happy with what you’ve got. Your transfer-only vehicle may be exchanged for a copy-only vehicle at the Wilds of Organica main store. There is a special, separate exchanger for vehicles. Please check the note-card included with your purchase for the location, up to date as of May 27, 2015.

New items for The Home Show 2015

Starting May 1, Organica will be participating in this year’s Home Show, held at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Songbird%20Meadows/120/106/1001

The following two items will be available at the event exclusively for the period of the event:

This bronze statue would make a wonderful addition to any garden – it comes with both left and right versions and is optimized for use with Advanced Lighting. The statue can be used with or without the stone plinth (just de-link). 5 LI at packaged size, mod, copy, no transfer.

This new modern-style home is intended for use either in the sky as a skybox or at ground level. It takes advantage of extensive windows to let in light and features built-in shelving, an open-concept second floor loft and blinds which allow visibility to be turned on and off. The structure itself is 29 LI, and the blinds (optional) are 18LI in total. Mod, copy, no transfer, with some copy-only scripts.
